Personal Assistant/Office Coordinator

We are seeking a passionate Personal Assistant/Office Coordinator to work with our dream team in order to manage organization of key client projects, support the Board in administrative areas, manage operational matters, business analysis and prepare recommendations.

Wondering about the duties?

  • managing multiple projects and working with different cultures within various time zones
  • coordination of events with clients and/or partners (both internal and external)
  • carrying out market research and presenting findings
  • supporting Chief Executive Officer in administrative, operational and personal areas
  • organizing business travels
  • administrative office support
  • Administrative project management
  • Creating EB materials

We are looking for a person who:

  • is super proactive, self-confident and can get the job done by end of the day
  • is adaptable to changing business needs and priorities
  • has excellent English skills
  • has an ease to manage different tasks and projects at the same time
  • is a marvellous organizer and good at prioritising tasks
