Role mission:

We are looking for a Influencer Marketing Strategist that will be responsible for researching, developing and creation of strategic marketing plans and proposals for global clients. The Influencer Marketing Strategist will be responsible to lead and optimise marketing efforts for company and client campaigns, as well as collaborate with multifunctional teams within indaHash to execute them.

Goal of this position:

  • Conducting in-depth research to identify new market opportunities and consumer preferences to support campaign creations;
  • Helping the business development team to take in campaign briefs from clients;
  • Tracking and measure marketing outcomes including marketing activities, response, leads, sales, retention, and ROI;
  • Forecasting market trends and social media trends;
  • Researching market to identify new opportunities;
  • Generating innovative ideas to promote our clients brands and products;
  • Developing creative ideas and strategies for influencer marketing proposals;
  • Developing business cases to support new marketing strategies, budget requests, projects, and marketing plans;
  • Analyzing customer feedback to ensure client satisfaction;

Scope of duties:

  • Planning and advising on the execution of influencer marketing campaigns;
  • Performing market research;
  • Identifying opportunities to use digital technology to enhance the overall marketing strategy;
  • Analyzing social media trends and metrics to observe patterns;
  • Connecting user behaviour with a viable marketing strategy;
  • Liaising with the marketing, creative and sales teams to brainstorm influencer marketing campaigns;
  • Creating strategic presentations, proposals, offers;
  • Keeping abreast of social media trends

Character we are looking for

  • Self-driven multitasker, under time pressure;
  • Strong analytical and project management skills;
  • The ability to balance multiple tasks;
  • Excellent English verbal and written communication skills;
  • Proven work experience in Marketing, Media, Advertisement or Creative;
  • Preferred work experience as Marketing Strategist;
  • Business knowledge and understanding of digital and influencer marketing touch points;
