Account Manager
Job Summary:
ArabyAds is seeking a results-driven Account Manager to oversee the growth and retention of our accounts. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong relationship-building skills to ensure client satisfaction and partner relations. Identify growth opportunities, and drive revenue targets. The ideal candidate will excel in day-to-day client management and partner management, while collaborating with internal teams to deliver exceptional service and achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Account Management
- Directly manage day-to-day operations.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, escalations, and issue resolution.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders to foster trust and loyalty.
Partner Management
- Engage with partners on a day to day basis to drive revenue on the accounts
- Help partners set up campaigns for the brands
- Assist partners to optimize performance with valuable insights on the brand.
Strategy & Growth
- Develop and implement tailored account growth strategies to expand revenue and market share.
- Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities aligned with client needs.
- Proactively propose value-added projects and initiatives during monthly client updates.
Reporting & Communication
- Prepare and present performance reports (weekly, monthly, quarterly) to management and clients.
- Communicate account status, risks, and opportunities to stakeholders.
KPIs:
- Achievement of monthly/quarterly revenue targets.
- Client retention rate.
- Quarterly portfolio growth (revenue and account expansion).
Day-to-Day Focus:
- Address client requests and resolve issues promptly.
- Host regular check-in meetings (virtual or in-person) to maintain alignment.
- Engage with partners on a day to day basis.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and account updates.
Qualifications:
- 2–3 years of experience in account management, client services.
- Proven track record in client retention, revenue growth, and cross-selling.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
